Last evening, a guy from my school sent me video which said "IF ABORTION OF A CHILD BY A WOMAN IS OKAY, THEN ABONDING A CHILD BY A MAN SHOULD ALSO BE OKAY!".
I was really annoyed after i saw the video as it was a vivid speech on how if women can kill a child (referred to abortion) then why cant a man abondon his kids if he doesnt want to pay the money for their growth.
The speech was inappropriate. I argued on the fact that women face alot more biological and psychological problems than a man can ever face in his entire life.
I told him how stupid and naive is the argument as women have to face pregnancy issues but all men have to face is some monetary loss. He got furious and started sending me random research and survey results that said "PREGNANCY PAIN IS SAME AS GETTING KICKED IN THE NUTS". This made me repulsive.
A girl or a woman has to face problems till the day she does and all we men do is just get away with things. Women have been paying for our mistakes and also suffering a lot of challenges in their daily life naturally. We, as humans have started undertaking the argument or the term GENDER EQUALITY.
many people have the notion that gender equality is just the fact that women can do things similar to what men can do, that women get the same freedom as men do. But its no more about professional feilds, jobs or upbringings.
Its about accelting and respecting and understanding the female psychological characteristics and trying to understand the female mentality, the biological pain and the way the society looks at women.
Women/girls are trolled for wearing revealing cloths. They go through and suffer Periods and period cramps and pregnancy issues. They get labeled as ugly if they wear make up. They are sexually harassed. They get paid less comparcompared to men.
We as humans have made this place a living hell for women. We men will never have any idea what pain a women/girl hides behind that innocent pretentious smile.
We need to start respecting them instead of considering their bodies as objects for verbal or sexual pleasure.
The men take the credit but the women do the deeds. Thats how naive this world has become.
To any guy who says "I UNDERSTAND" to a girl. NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND EVEN THE 10% OF WHAT A FEMALE GOES THROUGH. NO ONE NEEDS THE SYMPATHY OR THE SWEETNESS, ALL THEY ASK FOR IS LITTLE RESPECT.
ITS TIME WE LEARNT EQUALITY!
